If the accumulated weight exceeds 1 kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees. Weight of every item is stated on the product detail page. International rates may change based on exchanged rate. Shipping cost will appear together with your total after check out.
SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS
Please kindly understand that some order can’t be delivered on time due to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. However, if there is any problem regarding to this issue, we will be glad to help you.
Please kindly understand that your orders are shipped by other courier service. Therefore, it is possible that some delay or shipping problems might happen out of our control. If this case happens, we will be glad to help you until you receive your order.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Party Click are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We do not responsible for any loss due to incomplete or wrong address made by purchaser or problem on recipient on the destination address stated by purchaser.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
We accept return and exchanges due to some reasons of: manufacturing defect or wrong items shipped.
For manufacturing defect reason, we will ask you for the detail of defect product's photo and some additional information, before we make a decision whether that is a manufacturing defect issue or the customer's handling error. If it is because the failure of customer when handling our product, the item is non refundable.
All sale items are non refundable or exchangeable except for manufacturing faults or defected items. We only accept returns or exchanges within 5x24 hours after you receive your goods. You can only submit your return request once for each order ID. So once you recieve your exchange, you cannot request an exchange for the same order item and order ID again.
Since we are an online-based store, we hope you understand that lighting, your computer monitor's resolution and brightness setting might affect the colors. There might be a color difference from the actual product and the photo you see in the catalogue.
